Terms of Service

By engaging Jetset Group Co., Ltd. for concierge, DMC, or local execution services in Thailand, you agree to the following terms.

Scope of Services

We coordinate, plan, and execute requests confirmed in writing. The scope is defined in each proposal or confirmation. Requests outside the confirmed scope are not included.

Feasibility and Availability

All services are subject to availability and feasibility. We confirm what is realistic before any commitment is made. Last-minute requests are accepted only when execution can be guaranteed.

Payments

Pricing is shared in writing before confirmation. Deposits and payment schedules are defined per request. Confirmed bookings may be subject to supplier cancellation policies.

Cancellations

Cancellation conditions vary by service and supplier. The applicable terms are shared at the time of confirmation. Refunds depend on supplier policies and timing of the cancellation.

Liability

Jetset Group acts as a coordinator and execution partner. We are not liable for circumstances outside our control, including weather, supplier disruptions, regulatory changes, and force majeure events.

Conduct

Clients are expected to behave lawfully and respectfully toward suppliers, staff, and venues. Services may be discontinued without refund where conduct creates risk or liability.
